Chef: Angelos Karamouzis

Angelos studied in the “Hotel & Tourism School” in the cooking division. After graduating he worked in several restaurants in Greece, as well as in the most luxury hotels in Athens. He is passionate with cooking and since he joined M/Y Carmen Fontana he brought with him his sense of perfection and creativity. He will do everything in his power to satisfy our guests. He has great knowledge of Greek and International cuisine. He is 30 years old and he speaks fluently English.
