Chef: Panayiotis Saridis
|
| Panayiotis joined us 4 years ago as a member of “Carmen Serena”’s crew and since the ending of 2007 season he has been working on board of our sister yacht “Carmen Fontana”. After his graduation from the Chef’s Academy he started his “long distance trip” into the cooking world which offered him precious experiences while working in high class restaurants and especially in luxurious mega yachts. Passionate with cooking, Panayiotis brought with him his sense of perfection and creativity and he always surprises guests with his Mediterranean and International small “masterpieces”. Experimentations on Thai and Mexican flavours are some of his favourite tasty attractions. He is 39 years old and he speaks fluently English. |
